Tjomme has over 20 years of experience in the shipping industry. He sailed with P&O Nedlloyd and Wagenborg and worked for an inland shipping company before moving to P&I insurance. Tjomme has experience in various underwriting roles. Through his shipping experience Tjomme understands the needs of our clients. Tjomme is a strong P&I professional with analytical skills and a full qualification in insurance.

Eglantine has been in P&I insurance for over 20 years and in various claim roles. She has extensive experience in handling P&I claims and defence matters for Shipowners and Charterers. Legally trained, she is keen to provide our clients with a fitting claims solutions and is always available for any questions clients may have.

Marine Legal Advisor & Claims Executive
Edwin is passionate about shipping and enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience with others. His extensive knowledge of ship operations and maritime law, combined with over 10 years of experience in P&I claims handling, have gained him unique insight into the risks Shipowners and Charterers may face and the ability to find swift practical solutions to mitigate risk, or to any claim or dispute which may arise.

Sarah is senior underwriter and has more than a decade of experience in marine insurance. She is skilled in P&I, fully qualified in insurance and has a strong hands-on mentality. Sarah is focused on delivering our clients with first class service by responding quickly to any enquiries. Sarah is based in our Rotterdam office.
Alexandros Chantzaras
P&I Underwriter
Alexandros is P&I underwriter and has a background in shipping. He studied Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens and holds a Msc in Maritime Economics and Logistics from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. Before he joined EF Marine he worked as a vessel operator and project engineer. Alexandros brings a wealth of experience from shipping and is keen to provide first class service. Alexandros is based in our Rotterdam office.

Virginia gained valuable experience with a law firm and a fixed premium P&I facility as claims assistant. Virginia ensures that policy transactions such as policy documentation and endorsements are issued and changes are done correctly. She is committed to provide our Brokers and Clients with first class service. Virginia is based in our Rotterdam office.

Narendra is a Master Mariner and sailed for many years before he started working in P&I insurance. He has strong skills in business development and client servicing. Narendra is also looking after our data analytics and works closely with our underwriting team not only to develop business but also making sure we analyze our data in the interest of our clients.
